Initial Services include security and presentation tasks that are advantageous at the time a property is acquired. Regis will provide the water and electricity needed, and will remove hazardous materials such as tires, oil, and paint.
Monthly Services fulfill recurring maintenance needs required during property ownership. They can be arranged for one or twice a month or as required.
Repair Services involve refurbishing properties for better aesthetic value and consist of physical modifications.
